Für unseren Standort in Spangenberg suchen wir Sie als

Kaufmännischen Sachbearbeiter Finanzbuchhaltung (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Mahnwesen
  • Bearbeitung und digitale Ablage von Konsignationsgutschriften
  • Bearbeitung von zugehörigen Preisdifferenzen
  • Hilfe bei der digitalen Inventur
  • Bearbeitung von Zahlungsavisen und Zahlungseingängen
  • Bearbeitung und digitale Ablage von Sammelabrechnungen und Gelangensbestätigungen
  • Digitale Ablage von Eingangsrechnungen und -gutschriften, deren Vorkontierung und Verteilung
  • Vorbereitung des wöchentlichen Zahllaufes

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Erfahrung mit DATEV wünschenswert
  • Sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen Abläufen
  • Erfahrung mit E-Invoice
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Motivation und Teamgeist
