Mission:

  • Telefonische Kundenbetreuung im Tagesgeschäft
  • Bearbeitung telefonischer Anfragen zu Bestellungen, Verfügbarkeiten und Lieferzeiten
  • Erfassung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Klärung von Rückfragen und Unterstützung bei Gutschriften
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch kompetente und lösungsorientierte Gespräche
  • Koordination termingerechter Lieferungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Logistik und Lager

Profil:

  • Erfahrung in der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung oder im Vertriebsinnendienst, idealerweise im technischen oder elektrotechnischen Umfeld
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten am Telefon
  • Organisationsgeschick und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Systemen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
