Sachbearbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst / Auftragsabwicklung (m/w/d) – Teilzeit (max. 20 Std./Woche)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Lieferanten- und Langzeitlieferantenerklärungen
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung zu Preisen und Lieferterminen
  • Unterstützung im Versand sowie bei Warenein- und -ausgängen
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Kundenanfragen
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen

Ihr Profil:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung

Rahmenbedingungen:

Arbeitnehmerüberlassung (Einsatzzeitraum bislang unklar)

Vergütung (Teilzeit/Vollzeit 20-40 Std./Woche):

  • ca. 17,30 € bis 20,20 € brutto pro Stunde
  • entspricht etwa 1.500 € bis 1.750 € brutto monatlich bei 20 Wochenstunden
