Ihre Aufgaben als Kaufmännischer Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d):

  • Sie nehmen Asylanträge entgegen
  • Sie prüfen Identität und Herkunft während der Antragsannahme
  • Sie sind intern als auch extern Ansprechperson und arbeiten u.a mit den Asylantragstellenden, Ausländerbehörden, Gerichten und der Bundespolizei zusammen.
  • Sie übernehmen allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten

Ihre Qualifikation als Kaufmännischer Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d):

  • Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Gerne gesehen, kein Muss: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) o.ä.
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
