  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Betreuung der Kunden in Bezug auf unsere Dienstleistung rund um Rauchwarnmelder und Messtechnik Telefonische Kundenberatung zur Klärung von technischen Sachverhalten Reklamations- und Mängelbearbeitung Datenerfassung und -pflege
  • Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit technischem Verständnis Berufserfahrung in dem Bereich Messdienstleistung und/oder in der Wohnungswirtschaft wünschenswert Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Professionelles und freundliches Auftreten Hohe Serviceorientierung
