  • -Erfassung, Aufbereitung, Pflege und Auswertungen von Daten und Dokumenten
  • -Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Arbeitsaufträgen sowie Bedarfsanforderungen und Stammdatenpflege im ERP-System
  • -Administrative Unterstützung der Kollegen
  • -Rechnungslegung sowie Verwaltung der Zeitwirtschaft innerhalb der Abteilung
  • *Sie bringen mit: *
  • -Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich in einem kaufmännischen Ausbildungsberuf
  • -Engagement, Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • -Strukturierte und selbstständige, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • -Qualitätsbewusstsein
