Unser Kunde mit Hauptsitz in Lindau am Bodensee ist ein führender deutscher Spezialist für hocheffiziente und nachhaltige Kälte- und Wärmetechnik. Zur Unterstützung des Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen Kaufmännischen Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erfassung von Rechnungen und Gutschriften
  • Bearbeitung der fälligen Mahnungen
  • Überwachung der Zahlungseingänge und ggf. Rücksprache mit Debitor

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • SAP-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrungen mit ERP- und CRM-Systemen von Vorteil
