Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst im Wesentlichen:

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenbestellungen
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
  • Erfassung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Kundenbetreuung im Bereich Auftragsbearbeitung
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden und Handelspartnern
  • Administrative Unterstützung des Außendienstes/Vertriebes

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen (z.B. SAP-Business-One)
  • kaufmännisches Verständnis
  • eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
  • Spaß am Arbeiten in einem Team
