Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort in Teilzeit (20 Std./Woche) und unbefristet einen

Kaufmännischen Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Allgemeine Vertriebsunterstützung im Backoffice
  • Angebotserstellung, Preisanfragen, Artikelstammdatenpflege, Bestellungen
  • Klärung von Differenzen, Abzügen und offenen Posten
  • Auftragsbearbeitung und Disposition
  • Reklamationsmanagement

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise ERP-Systemen
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie Kommunikationsstärke
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
