  • Fahrzeugverwaltung: Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Fahrzeug-An- und -Abmeldungen im Bereich Autovermietung
  • Abrechnung: Kaufmännische Abwicklung und Kontrolle der zugehörigen Abrechnungen
  • Softwareanwendungen: Arbeit mit verschiedenen digitalen Systemen zur Bearbeitung kaufmännischer Vorgänge
  • Datenmanagement: Pflege und Kontrolle von Kunden-, Fahrzeug- und Stammdaten
  • Reporting: Überwachung von Fahrzeugmeldungen und Fahrzeugvolumina sowie Erstellung von Auswertungen
  • Partnerbetreuung: Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Unterstützung bei anwendungsbezogenen Fragestellungen
  • Prozessoptimierung: Mitwirkung bei der Verbesserung digitaler und kaufmännischer Arbeitsabläufe
  • Büroorganisation: Zusammenarbeit mit Außendienst und Bereichsleitung sowie Unterstützung von Telefonzentrale und Empfang
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder IT-kaufmännische Ausbildung , z. B. als Kaufmann für Büromanagement, Bürokaufmann, Kaufmann für Bürokommunikation, IT-System-Kaufmann oder Kaufmann für IT-System-Management (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)
  • Hohe IT- und Softwareaffinität sowie gutes Verständnis für unterschiedliche Anwendungen und digitale Geschäftsprozesse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und schnelle Einarbeitung in neue Programme und Systeme
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der kaufmännischen Sachbearbeitung, Datenverwaltung, Abrechnung oder Kundenbetreuung
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie gutes Zahlen- und Prozessverständnis
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Kollegen
