KAUFMÄNNISCHER SACHBEARBEITER (m/w/d) RECHNUNGSABTEILUNG

(IN TEILZEIT 20 Std./Wo.)

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum 1. Januar 2027 eine engagierte und zuverlässige Unterstützung.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung und Versand von Kundenrechnungen für Geschäfts- und Privatkunden in verschiedenen Gewerken
  • Abrechnung kompletter Baustellen sowie Prüfung der dazugehörigen Unterlagen
  • Inhaltliche Kontrolle von Lohn- und Materialpositionen
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen zu Rechnungen (z.B. Erstellung von Gutschriften)

Deine Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Rechnungsstellung und Rechnungsbearbeitung von Vorteil
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse
  • Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
  • Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative
