### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden bei Reklamationen
  • Selbständiges Bearbeiten von Reklamationen (intern sowie extern) einschließlich der Kommunikation mit den Kunden
  • Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Reklamationen, sowie Mitarbeit bei der Ursachenforschung, Einleitung und Nachverfolgung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von Abstellmaßnahmen
  • Mit Kollegen arbeiten Sie abteilungsübergreifend an der Optimierung unserer Qualität

### Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung – auch Quereinsteiger sind herzlich Willkommen.
  • Haben ein empathisches Wesen und behalten auch in Stresssituationen und Zeitdruck die Ruhe und den nötigen Überblick.
  • Neben einer selbstständigen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise, haben Sie auch eine gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise.
  • Sie verfügen über die Gabe, Kunden auch in schwierigen Situationen kompetent zu betreuen und zu beraten.
  • Darüber hinaus schätzen Sie die Teamarbeit und tragen aktiv zu einem harmonischen und produktiven Arbeitsumfeld bei.
