Rollenbeschreibung

Als kaufmännische Spezialist unterstützen Sie die kaufmännischen Prozesse im Umfeld unserer Separationstechnologien und Hochleistungszentrifugen. Zu Ihren täglichen Aufgaben gehören die Betreuung von Kunden, die Bearbeitung von Angeboten und Aufträgen, die Unterstützung im Vertrieb sowie die Abstimmung und ggf. Vertretung des Einkaufes. Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie die Geschäftsführung, die kaufmännische Leitung/Controlling bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben und übernehmen den Telefondienst. Sie pflegen Kundenstammdaten, verfolgen Anfragen und koordinieren interne Abläufe, um einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss sicherzustellen. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit dem technischen Vertrieb und dem Service zusammen und bringen eigene Ideen zur Optimierung von Prozessen ein. Die Position ist in Vollzeit, findet ausschließlich vor Ort statt und ist in Landshut angesiedelt.

Qualifikationen

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Kundenservicefähigkeiten, um Kund:innen und interne Schnittstellen professionell und lösungsorientiert zu betreuen.
  • Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich, um Angebote zu erstellen, Kund:innen zu begleiten und langfristige Geschäftsbeziehungen aufzubauen.
  • Kenntnisse im Einkauf und in kaufmännischen Abläufen, um Bestellungen, Lieferant:innenkontakte und interne Freigabeprozesse sicher zu steuern.
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, sicherer Umgang mit MS Office.
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Zahlenaffinität, hohe Serviceorientierung sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse.
