### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Disposition von Teilen und Materialien zur Sicherstellung einer störungsfreien, termin- und bedarfsgerechten Materialversorgung unserer Kunden
  • Anpassung der Disposition bei Überbeständen oder Fehlteilen unter Berücksichtigung von Wirtschaftlichkeit und Versorgungssicherheit
  • Erkennen und Beheben von Lieferengpässen, Prüfung von Abrufbestätigungen sowie Klärung von Liefersituationen
  • Anmahnung ausstehender Lieferungen im Rahmen eines strukturierten Reklamations- und Eskalationsmanagements
  • Erstellung von regelmäßigen Auswertungen und Kennzahlenberichten zur Steuerung und Optimierung der Materialversorgung
  • Perspektivische Übernahme von erweiterten Verantwortungsbereichen

### Sie bringen mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder logistische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Materialdisposition, Produktionsplanung oder Lieferantensteuerung von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP‑Systemen (z. B. SAP) sowie eine ausgeprägte EDV‑Affinität
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen im Umgang mit internen Schnittstellen und externen Lieferanten
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zur Kommunikation mit internationalen Partnern und Lieferanten
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität, insbesondere bei terminkritischen oder eskalationsrelevanten Situationen
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Engagement
  • Freude an der Übernahme von Verantwortung über den eigenen Aufgabenbereich hinaus
