JOB DESCRIPTION

This role sits within the Real Estate Division whom serves our stakeholders as an innovative urban space solutions provider that leverages technology to deliver sustainable and customer-centric solutions that enrich people and communities. It is focused in the areas of sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail and large-scale integrated developments.
- The intern will be responsible in the following:
- 1) Update project and cost data to central database.
- 2) Update database for knowledge mgmt:
- a) vendor list
- b) waivers submitted and obtained for A&A
- c) project timelines
- 3) Assist and exposure to day-to-day running of Asset Enhancement project mgmt work. (Procurement, Design Mgmt, Construction etc).
- Learning Outcomes:
- 1) Learning opportunities in asset enhancement, and project mgmt of real estate projects.
- 2) Exposure to Keppel Real Estate Business.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Job Requirements:
- 1) Desire to learn, creative, logical thinking, problem solving, resourceful, team player and respectful.
- 2) Proficient in using internet for research and ability to validate the data.
- 3) Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions and formulas.
