JOB DESCRIPTION

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.

  • The intern will be responsible in the following:
  • Support Finance team in year-end audit, which includes drafting of financial statements and collating documents/information for auditors.
  • Learning Outcomes:
  • To develop a strong understanding of the real estate market dynamics and investment evaluation
  • Gain practical experience in the end-to-end acquisition process

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 1) Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint.
  • 2) Relevant prior experience in financial analysis, financial modelling and fundamental research, will be highly desirable.
  • 3) Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
