JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.
  • The intern will be responsible for:
  • 1. Supporting the Risk & Compliance team in its initiatives and workstreams covering across the various Platforns / Divisions
  • 2. Assist in review, producing content, launch and monitoring of the Annual Declaration Exercise
  • 3. Assist in review, training and implementation of various Compliance policies / measures
  • 4. Assist in producing content and design for Risk & Compliance's awareness communications including the quarterly R&C Newsbites
  • Learning Outcomes:
  • 1. Gain good understanding of Risk & Compliance responsibilities and policies, programmes and training, and oversight of how Risk & Compliance is integral to Keppel
  • 2. Close involvment in development and implementation of various initiatives across range of areas under Risk & Compliance
  • 3. Gain exposure and learning to carry out training on certain Compliance areas

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 1. Strong teamwork ability to communicate and work with the R&C team members and other Centralised Function across Platforms / Divisions
  • 2. Ability to coordinate, track and help implement various Risk and Compliance initiatives under direction by supervisor
  • 3. Has interest in Risk Management and/or Regulatory Compliance issues / topics
