Lead and grow assigned strategic bancassurance partnerships by developing strong executive relationships, driving business performance, identifying new growth opportunities, and ensuring sustainable commercial outcomes through effective stakeholder management, governance and execution.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary relationship lead for strategic banking partners, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and developing joint business plans aligned to shared objectives.
  • Own partnership performance and deliver growth across key metrics including APE, NBV, productivity, persistency and other agreed KPIs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, campaigns and business initiatives to achieve growth targets and improve sales effectiveness.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Consumer Banking, Wealth, Affluent/HNW, SME and other customer segments.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, digital and operations teams to design and implement innovative customer propositions and growth initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of strategic priorities, driving accountability and timely delivery of business outcomes.
  • Manage commercial arrangements, partnership economics and investment decisions to ensure long-term profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Lead regular business reviews with partners, provide strategic insights and develop action plans to address performance gaps and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Coach and develop team members while fostering a high-performance, client-centric and results-oriented culture.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, Banking, Economics, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience in bancassurance, insurance distribution, wealth management, retail banking, partnership management or financial services.
  • Proven experience managing strategic partnerships and senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering sales growth and achieving commercial targets.
  • Experience leading large-scale business development initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong understanding of bancassurance economics, distribution management, customer propositions and partnership governance.

Relevant insurance licenses and certifications as required by local regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

LOMA, CFP, ChFC, or equivalent professional qualifications would be advantageous.
