Join IQVIA and drive success within a leading specialist therapy area

IQVIA is seeking an experienced National Key Account Manager to join our commercial team in Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing pharmaceutical sales professional to take ownership of a national business within a specialist therapy area, working with key healthcare stakeholders across the Irish healthcare system.

The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of specialist healthcare environments in Ireland, the ability to navigate complex treatment pathways, and a proven track record of delivering results through strategic customer engagement and account management.

Working within a small, agile team, you will take ownership of key accounts, identify growth opportunities, utilise data and insights to inform account strategy, and help improve patient access within complex healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute strategic account plans across a national territory.

· Build partnerships with consultant specialists, multidisciplinary teams and other key stakeholders.

· Identify opportunities to improve patient access and support service development initiatives.

· Utilise customer insights and analytics to inform business decisions and account strategies.

· Drive commercial performance through effective account prioritisation and territory management.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.

· Maintain a strong understanding of healthcare pathways and evolving customer needs.

About You

Essential Experience

· Proven success within the Irish pharmaceutical industry.

· Experience promoting medicines within specialist, hospital or secondary care settings.

· Neurology experience strongly preferred.

· Multiple Sclerosis experience highly advantageous.

· Demonstrated success managing complex territories, accounts and stakeholder networks.

· Strong understanding of the Irish healthcare environment and customer landscape.

· Experience using customer insights, business analytics and account planning to drive commercial outcomes.

· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding commercial objectives.

Ideal Background

This opportunity is particularly suited to:

· Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives looking to progress into a national account management position.

· Existing Key Account Managers seeking greater national responsibility.

· Hospital Specialists or Specialist Sales Representatives working within neurology, specialist care, biologics, rare diseases or other complex therapy areas.
