As an Account Manager, you'll be the trusted wellness expert and strategic partner to our B2B client portfolio. Your mission is to build lasting loyalty, expand our impact within accounts, and solve real problems that matter to our clients' employees and bottom line.
This is a hybrid role where you'll balance direct client engagement with strategic analysis and cross-functional collaboration—all in a multicultural, mission-driven environment where wellness is at the heart of everything we do. What You'll Do
Client Partnership & Relationship Building:
- Serve as the primary strategic partner to B2B client portfolio, building trust and loyalty through consistent, proactive engagement
- Understand each client's organizational goals, employee demographics, and wellness challenges to tailor solutions
- Prepare and present KPI reviews, wellness trends, and actionable recommendations aligned to client objectives
Revenue & Portfolio Growth:
- Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities: expand EAP services, introduce new wellness offerings, and scale to additional geographies or business units within your portfolio
- Conduct needs assessments to uncover gaps and develop value-add proposals
- Drive adoption and utilization of services; track and report on key performance metrics
Operational Excellence & Problem-Solving:
- Coordinate launches and relaunches of EAP services; manage timelines and stakeholder expectations
- Troubleshoot client issues with agility; escalate and resolve concerns to maintain satisfaction levels
- Work cross-functionally with service delivery, clinical, and operations teams to ensure response times and service quality standards are met
Strategic Analysis & Planning:
- Analyze client data, usage patterns, and feedback to inform strategic decisions and service improvements
- Develop action plans and recommendations based on client needs and organizational priorities
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial/Commercial Engineering, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of experience managing B2B client portfolios in a similar role (account management, client success, or related)
- Intermediate English (written and verbal)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, reporting)
- Ability to build relationships, solve problems, and influence across internal and external stakeholders
Work Modality & Location
- Full-time availability.
- Work arrangement: Hybrid in Mexico City.
- Residence Area: Mexico City.
