Key Account Manager

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for Key Account Manager to join our ever evolving Sales & Business Development team within Global Payments Europe and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own

• •Own end-to-end relationships with assigned key accounts, acting as the trusted advisor and primary escalation point for all client needs.
• •Drive account growth through strategic account planning, contract renewals, and identification of cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• •Lead service governance, executive business reviews, and resolution of critical issues to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
• •Manage commercial performance, including revenue forecasting, profitability, billing accuracy, and contract negotiations.
• •Partner cross-functionally to represent the voice of the customer, align internal resources, and deliver solutions that support client business objectives.

What you’ll bring

• •Bachelor's Degree
• •Relevant Experience or Degree in: Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, etc.; Combination of relevant training and/ or experience in lieu of degree
• •Typically Minimum 8 Years Relevant Exp
• •Experience in client facing roles and/or financial industry.

It’s a bonus if you have

Experience managing complex client environments, leading cross-functional initiatives, and influencing outcomes without direct authority.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations and make sound business decisions independently.

Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior executives.

Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across internal teams and external customer organizations to drive results.

A customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate client needs into scalable business and operational solutions.
