As a Key Account Manager - Water covering the North East and North West regions, you'll be responsible for:

• •Supporting our growing Water sector business across the North, you'll work closely with key customers, Tier 1 contractors and framework partners to maximise AMP8 opportunities, using your industry knowledge and solution-based sales approach to drive growth.
• •Developing sales and margin growth across a portfolio of key customers and projects.
• •Building strong relationships with contractors, customers and stakeholders to identify and maximise commercial opportunities.
• •Identifying, tracking and converting major project and framework opportunities within your region.
• •Working collaboratively with branches and internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience and achieve business objectives.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with regular travel across your customer portfolio.

And here's what we'd like you to hav e:

• •Proven external sales experience within a Key Account Management or Business Development role.
• •A strong track record of winning new business, growing key accounts and delivering sales growth.
• •Utilities sector experience is highly desirable, with framework experience and exposure to the Water sector advantageous.
• •Experience working with, or selling into, Tier 1 contractors is preferred.
• •Strong commercial awareness, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• •A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently across a large geographical area.
