Key Account Manager CEE

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Key Account Manager CEE based in Switzerland.

• As Key Account Manager CEE, you will play a central role in developing and strengthening strategic customer partnerships across Poland and the wider Central and Eastern European region.
• You will work closely with food processors, contract laboratories, and senior stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that create lasting value.
• The role combines strategic account management, commercial development, relationship building, and data-driven decision-making.
• You will take ownership of key accounts, developing tailored strategies that strengthen customer relationships and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
• Using CRM insights, KPIs, and market intelligence, you will identify opportunities, optimize account performance, and continuously improve the customer experience.
• You will collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams in an international environment, bringing together commercial, technical, marketing, and customer support expertise.
