Anforderungen:

  • Betriebswirtschaftliche/kaufmännische Ausbildung (mind. Matura), idealerweise Studium in Unternehmensführung, Sales oder Marketing
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Key Account Management, idealerweise im FMCG- oder Getränkeumfeld von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Verhandlungs-, Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke
  • Strategisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Eigeninitiative
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft im Rahmen der Kundenbetreuung

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung der zugewiesenen nationalen und internationalen Key Accounts
  • Entwicklung, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Account-Plänen zur nachhaltigen Geschäftsentwicklung
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu Entscheidungsträgern auf Kundenebene
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten mit internationalen Key Accounts
  • Vorbereitung und Führung von Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen
  • Monitoring der Account-Performance sowie operative Problembehebung
  • Erstellung von Reports und Präsentationen
  • Teilnahme an Messen sowie internen und externen (internationalen) Meetings
