Als Key Account Manager*in betreust und entwickelst du unsere Schlüsselkunden strategisch und operativ weiter. Du baust nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen auf, erkennst Kundenbedürfnisse und Geschäftspotenziale und entwickelst daraus neue Wachstumschancen. Von Angebots- und Preisverhandlungen bis hin zur Umsetzung neuer Produkte, Kooperationen und Kundenprojekte begleitest du den gesamten Prozess. Dabei agierst du als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kund*innen und den internen Fachbereichen. Gemeinsam mit Produktion, Produktentwicklung, Einkauf, Qualitätsmanagement, Planung/Supply Chain Management und Werksleitung sorgst du dafür, dass Kundenanforderungen wirtschaftlich sinnvoll, operativ umsetzbar und langfristig erfolgreich realisiert werden. Du koordinierst Projekte, behältst Termine, Verantwortlichkeiten und offene Punkte im Blick und stellst eine transparente Kommunikation nach innen und außen sicher. So verbindest du Vertriebserfolg mit operativer Realität und schaffst nachhaltige Lösungen für unsere Kund*innen und unser Unternehmen.

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische, betriebswirtschaftliche oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Key Account Management, Vertrieb oder Kundenmanagement
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Freude am Aufbau langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, sicheres Auftreten und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Organisationsstärke
