### Your Responsibilities

Being a part of our European e-commerce team including:

• •Management of B2B customers, including Zooplus, Europe's largest pure-play pet food retailer, covering all country-specific marketplaces
• •Onboarding and development of additional e-commerce customers and establishment of standards for efficient customer management and governance
• •Responsibility for the further development and international expansion of the D2C online shop, including management and coordination of external agencies
• •Development of strategies for cross-customer internal e-commerce processes, with a particular focus on integrating Omnichannel Key Account Management (KAM) execution
• •Strategic support for online accounts in brick-and-mortar retail

### What You'll Bring

• •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification
• •Three to five years of sales experience in FMCG e-commerce
• •Strong strategic and analytical skills, combined with excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset
• •Passion for continuous change, driving initiatives, and taking ownership of responsibilities
• •Excellent German and English language skills, with strong presentation and communication capabilities
