About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager / Technical Sales professional to join our growing team, supporting and developing key customers across the tissue and towel manufacturing sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with industry experience who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and delivering value-added chemical solutions.

- Proven experience in a similar technical sales, account management, or process support role within the tissue, towel, or paper sector
- Strong understanding of production processes and chemical applications
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own territory and workload
Desirable (but not essential):
Degree (or equivalent experience) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
What’s on Offer
- Competitive salary with performance-based bonus
- Company vehicle
- Pension, healthcare & additional benefits
- Full autonomy with the backing of a supportive, experienced technical team
