Key Account Specialist, Advanced Surgery (Dolnośląskie, Opolskie Voivodeships) . Prefered candidate location : Wrocław, Opole

In this role you will take ownership of customer portfolio or territory in wielkopolskie, zachodnio-pomorskie voivodeship working with customers and healthcare professionals to improve commercial growth and patient care. As Key Account Specialist, Advanced Surgery (Dolnośląskie, Opolskie Voivodeships), you’ll combine hands-on delivery with the judgement to prioritise issues, solve problems and keep important work moving.

Essential duties and responsibilities

Close cooperation with external customers: Hospitals - Management, Administration, Physicians, Nurses, Pharmacists, customer operations, and also wholesalaries, consortiums

Cooperation with internal customers (mainly Marketing/Customer Operation, Medical Dep, RA, Technical Service in sales process creation in actual territory

Product portfolio promotion - F2F calls, presentations, workshops, participation in local and national congresses & conferences

Sales target realization

Competitive environment analysis and Baxter/competitors sales analysis

Residence location: Kraków; territory of work: voivodeship małopolskie, podkarpackie, świętokrzyskie

Qualifications

University degree

At least 3 years experience as a sales representative in a medical/ pharmaceutical company

Experience in hospital sales and OR is an advantage

Good knowledge of written and spoken English

Driving license « B » and driving experience

Interpersonal skills and ability to establish business relationship with customers

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

Customer and goal orientation

Initiative and self motivation

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is 144 000,00 PLN annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change.
