Key Holder

Key Holder – Roosevelt Field, NY (Seasonal)

We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on Key Holder to support our Roosevelt Field store through early January. This temporary role is perfect for someone who loves retail, thrives in a team environment, and enjoys creating meaningful connections with guests.

As a Key Holder, you’ll support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily operations, help lead the sales floor, and ensure every guest has a welcoming and memorable Little Words Project experience.

What You’ll Do

Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily store operations and sales goals.

Open and close the store independently and help keep operations running smoothly.

Lead by example on the sales floor and deliver exceptional guest service.

Welcome guests, make personalized product recommendations, and support the Bead Bar experience.

Assist with beading appointments, events, parties, and custom orders.

Support training and onboarding of Sales Associates by sharing product and guest service knowledge.

Assist with inventory, backstock, merchandising, product launches, and clienteling.

Help resolve guest concerns and communicate store needs to leadership.

Support KPIs and sales goals while creating a positive, high-energy store environment.

What You Bring

2+ years of retail or customer service experience; Key Holder or Shift Lead experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive, energetic, and team-oriented approach.

Ability to lead by example and take initiative.

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Passion for Little Words Project and creating meaningful guest connections.

Ability to work weekends, holidays, and a flexible retail schedule.
