  • Geschäftsprozessen und digitalen Tools im After-Sales-Umfeld Analyse
  • bestehender Prozesse sowie Identifikation von Optimierungs- und
  • Digitalisierungspotenzialen Durchführung und Begleitung von System-
  • und Prozesstests Erstellung von Prozess- und Anwenderdokumentationen
  • Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen Zusammenarbeit mit
  • Fachbereichen, IT-Dienstleistern, Entwicklern sowie dem
  • Key-User-Netzwerk Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von
  • digitalen Service- und E-Commerce-Prozessen DEIN QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare
  • Qualifikation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Prozessmanagement,
  • Service- oder After-Sales-Umfeld Gute SAP-Kenntnisse, idealerweise SAP
  • SD SAP C4C Kenntnisse auf Key-User-Niveau sind ausreichend
  • Verständnis für E-Commerce-Prozesse Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit
  • mit IT-Dienstleistern und/oder Entwicklern Sehr gute Deutsch- und
  • Englischkenntnisse WIR BIETEN Nach einer strukturierten Einarbeitung
  • kannst Du bis zu 50 % Deiner Arbeitszeit im Homeoffice verbringen. Du
  • gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung internationaler Service-,
  • After-Sales- und E-Commerce-Prozesse mit und bringst eigene Ideen zur
  • Prozessoptimierung ein. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen
  • Fachbereich, IT und externen Dienstleistern und hast direkten Einfluss
  • auf Prozesse und Systemlandschaften. 35-Stunden-Woche sowie die
