Standort: Hanau
Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine zuverlässige und organisierte Bürokraft (m/w/d) mit Berufserfahrung im Krankentransport in Teilzeit.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Telefonische Annahme von Kundenanfragen
- Terminvereinbarung und Pflege des Kalenders
- Planung und Koordination von Touren
- Bearbeitung von E-Mails
- Erstellung von Angeboten
- Allgemeine Büroorganisation und Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft
Das bringst du mit:
- Erfahrung im Bürobereich eines Krankentransportunternehmens zwingend erforderlich!
- Eine freundliche und professionelle Telefonstimme
- Zuverlässigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Organisationstalent und Überblick auch bei höherem Arbeitsaufkommen
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Word und Microsoft Excel
- Eine saubere und gut leserliche Schrift
