Deine Aufgaben

  • Du erstellst und verbuchst nationale sowie internationale Ausgangsrechnungen und Gutschriften
  • Du pflegst die Stammdaten und die Konten der Debitoren über das SAP-System
  • Du führst Kundengespräche zur Rechnungsklärung
  • Die Anlage und Bearbeitung von Klärungsfällen im SAP-System gehört ebenso zu Deinem Aufgabengebiet
  • Du agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen den Kunden und den angrenzenden Fachbereichen

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Kaufmann für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann o. Ä., sowie über erste Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
  • Ein routinierter Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Produkten ist für Dich selbstverständlich
  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits Erfahrungen mit SAP gesammelt
  • Du bringst sehr gutes Deutsch sowie gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift mit
  • Deine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie Deine Teamfähigkeit runden Dein Profil ab
