Bürokraft in Vollzeit, m/w/d

im Stadtgebiet Lindau.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Kundenbetreuung
  • Auftragsbearbeitung
  • Bestellannahme
  • Registratur, Ablage
  • Wareneingangs- und -ausgangskontrolle
  • allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten

Anforderungen:

  • kaufmännische Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung (wünschenswert)
  • alternativ auch ohne kaufmännischen Abschluss, wenn Berufserfahrungen in Büro/Verwaltung vorliegen oder eine kaufmännische
  • Weiterbildung absolviert wurde
  • sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, gute IT-Affinität
  • gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (B2 besser C1)
  • freundliches Wesen und aufgeschlossen Persönlichkeit
