Im Auftrag unseres Kunden suchen wir kfm. Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit für den Bereich Forderungsmanagement.

Die Anstellung erfolgt zunächst im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung, eine anschließende Übernahme ist nach 6 Monaten geplant.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Schriftliche und telefonische Betreuung und Unterstützung von Schuldnern und deren Vertretungen
  • Prüfung, Entscheidung und anschließende Bearbeitung der Vorgänge im Forderungsmanagement
  • Fristenüberwachung
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Prozesse
  • Erstellung von Dokumentationen

Ihr Profil:

  • Idealerweise Ausbildung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r, Kauffrau/-mann für Büromanagement und/oder Erfahrung im Bereich Inkasso/Forderungsmanagement bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse, MS-Office
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Selbständige arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
