  • ALL DAS BEHERRSCHST DU:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung as Kfz-Mechatroniker\*in Karosserietechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung des Kfz-Handwerks
  • Lösungsorientierung und großes handwerkliches Geschick
  • AN DIE AUTOS, FERTIG, LOS!
  • Karosserieinstandsetzung von Fahrzeugen der Marken Mercedes-Benz und smart
  • Rohbauinstandsetzung
  • Blechbearbeitung
  • Fügeverfahren und Einstellarbeiten
  • WAS WIR IHNEN BIETEN:

  • Top ausgestattete, moderne Werkstatt (z.B. regelmäßige Investitionen in Hebevorrichtungen)
  • 36-Stunden-Woche mit:
  • digitaler Zeiterfassung und Überstundenkonto
  • geregelte Arbeitszeiten von 8.00 - 16.30 Uhr
  • freitags nur bis 14.30 Uhr
  • keine Nachtschicht, keine Spätschicht
  • Samstagsarbeit nur nach Bedarf in der Regel maximal 1-2 mal im Vierteljahr)
  • Bezahlte Fortbildungsmöglichkeiten: komplette Kostenübernahme für den Aufbau deines Spezialgebiets (z.B. Weiterbildung zum Diagnosetechniker)
  • Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe im Team und mit den Führungskräften
  • Begleitete Einarbeitung, um die Unsicherheiten zu nehmen
  • Unterstützung bei Erwerb von Führerscheinen
  • Finanzielle Unterstützung deiner Träume über unser Bindungskonzept
