### KFZ-Mechaniker / KFZ-Mechatroniker (m/w/d)

zum Neuaufbau einer Werkstatt in Allersberg in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Aufbau und Mitgestaltung einer neuen KFZ-Werkstatt
  • Durchführung von Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Diagnosearbeiten
  • Organisation und Optimierung von Werkstattabläufen
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Perspektivische bzw. direkte Leitung der Werkstatt

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als KFZ-Mechaniker / KFZ-Mechatroniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Mindestens 10 Jahre nachweisliche Berufserfahrung oder Meistertitel bzw. Technikerabschluss im KFZ-Bereich
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Engagement
  • Führungskompetenz und Organisationstalent von Vorteil
