# Sie kommen aus der Werkstatt und möchten Ihr technisches Know-how künftig im Büro oder anteilig im Homeoffice einsetzen?

Dann könnte das hier genau der richtige nächste Schritt sein.

Bei uns unterstützen Sie die Handelspartner von Toyota Deutschland bei technischen Anliegen rund um Diagnose und Fehlersuche. Sie bleiben fachlich nah am Fahrzeug, arbeiten aber in einem planbareren Umfeld als im klassischen Werkstattalltag.

# Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie bearbeiten E-Mail- und Web-Anfragen der Handelspartner von Toyota Deutschland.
  • Sie unterstützen Vertragspartner bei technischen Anliegen rund um Diagnose, Fehlersuche und Multimedia.
  • Sie bringen Ihr Toyota- und idealerweise auch Stellantis-Know-how in die Fallbearbeitung ein.
  • Sie sorgen für eine saubere Dokumentation und eine verlässliche Datenqualität.

# Ihr Background

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kfz-Mechatroniker oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung
  • Erfahrung aus der Werkstatt, idealerweise bei einem Toyota- oder Stellantis-Vertragspartner
  • Zuverlässige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sichere schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch
  • Grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
