Für unsere Werkstatt im Westen von Leipzig suchen wir einen passenden Kollegen zur Ergänzung des Werkstatt Teams. Idealerweise ein Mechaniker oder mitarbeitenden Meister, wobei die Fähigkeit über der Ausbildung steht.

Als Bosch Service reparieren wir alle Marken und Antriebskonzepte, haben moderne Diagnosegeräte und verfügen über professionelle Reparaturdokumentationen von sehr vielen Herstellern. Zugang zu Herstellerportalen erfolgt über eine technische Hotline. Unterstützung in allen Belangen ist gesichert.

Deine Aufgaben bestehen darin bei der Organisation des Werkstattablaufs mitzuarbeiten, Wartungsfeststellung durchzuführen, Diagnoseunterstützung und Reparaturen durchzuführen, sowie technische Kundengespräche zu führen, als Unterstützung des Meisters und Geschäftsführers.

Die Arbeitszeit kann dabei individuell gestaltet werden. Ein Konzept wäre 35-40 Stunden in einer 4 Tage Woche von Montag bis Donnerstag. Überstunden sind nicht die Regel. Wenn doch, dann abfeiern oder auszahlen, was gewünscht wird. Hier ist viel Spielraum.
