ARBEITSBEREICH UND HERAUSFORDERUNG DIESER STELLE:

  • Technik-Check: Umfassende Diagnose mechanischer und elektronischer Fahrzeugkomponenten.
  • Nachrüstung: Einbau von Zusatzausstattungen wie Anhängerkupplungen oder Freisprechanlagen nach individuellen Kundenwünschen.
  • Flüssigkeitsmanagement: Fachreiner Wechsel von Schmierstoffen, Brems- und Hydraulikflüssigkeiten.
  • Instandsetzung: Reparatur mechanischer, elektronischer, hydraulischer und pneumatischer Systeme sowie Austausch defekter Bauteile.
  • Diagnose & Analyse: Durchführung von Fehlerdiagnosen und Inspektionen an Kraftfahrzeugen unter Einsatz moderner Mess- und Diagnosegeräte für Antriebs-, Dämpfungs- und Fahrerassistenzsysteme.

QUALIFIKATION UND ERFAHRUNG FüR DIESE STELLE:

  • Beruflicher Hintergrund: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kfz-/Nfz-Mechatroniker, Kfz-/Nfz-Meister (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare, in Deutschland anerkannte Ausbildung / Weiterbildung.
  • 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Persönlichkeit: Wir legen großen Wert auf Teamfähigkeit, Ehrlichkeit, Loyalität und einen respektvollen Umgang im Team.
  • Sprachkompetenz:Deutsch in Wort und Schrift auf fachsicherem Niveau für die Interpretation technischer Datenblätter (C1).
  • Arbeitsweise: Handwerkliches Geschick sowie eine zielorientierte und genaue Arbeitsweise mit viel Spaß.
  • Mobilität: Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B und eigenen fahrbaren Untersatz (PKW, Motorrad, Mofa, ...).
