Wir suchen Sie als

  • Kfz-Meister / Werkstattleiter (m/w/d)
  • in Greifswald.
  • Sie übernehmen die fachliche Führung unseres Werkstatt-Teams, koordinieren alle Arbeitsabläufe und stellen eine dauerhaft hohe Service- und Reparaturqualität sicher.
  • Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden, klären technische Fragestellungen und sorgen für eine professionelle, serviceorientierte Beratung.
  • Mit Ihrem technischen Know-how entwickeln Sie effiziente, praxisorientierte Lösungen.
  • Abgeschlossene Kfz-Meisterausbildung und Erfahrung in der Leitung einer Kfz-Meisterwerkstatt.
  • Führungskompetenz und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie sicherer Umgang mit moderner Diagnose- und Fahrzeugtechnik.
  • Arbeiten mit neuester Werkstatttechnik in einem modernen Arbeitsumfeld.
