  • Sicherstellung hoher Arbeitsstandards und Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften.
  • Erfolgreich abgelegte Meisterprüfung im Kraftfahrzeugtechniker-Handwerk.
  • Fundiertes Fachwissen, ausgeprägte Diagnosefähigkeiten und technisches Verständnis.
  • Führungskompetenz, Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Diagnosegeräten und EDV-Systemen
  • Führerschein

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als KFZ-Mechatroniker oder KFZ-Mechaniker
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum KFZ-Techniker-Meister, alternativ KFZ-Service-Techniker
  • Erfahrung im Beruf
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse über die aktuelle Fahrzeugtechnik und Elektronik und den Umgang mit den notwendigen Diagnosegeräten
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, sorgfältig, gewissenhaft und engagiert und bringst dich in unser Werkstatt-Team ein.
  • Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Kundenorientierung und Servicebereitschaft
  • Interesse an umfassender Fortbildung und Weiterbildung
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Klasse B (alt Kl.3)

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Du führst herausfordernde Diagnosen, Instandsetzungen und Reparaturen, sowie Wartungen in unserem Betrieb selbstständig durch
  • Auch Komplexe Arbeiten an Motoren und Getrieben sind dir nicht fremd
  • Arbeiten an Elektro und Hybrid-Fahrzeugen mit Hochvolt-Technik
  • Du führst in unserem Betrieb die TÜV und AU Prüfungen durch (diese Voraussetzung kann auch in unserem Betrieb erworben werden)
  • Durch deine aufgeschlossene Art bist du der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeiter in der Werkstatt
  • Du stehst den Auszubildenden in der Werkstatt hilfreich zur Seite
  • Du kommunizierst mit dem Fahrzeughersteller via Telefon, E-Mails und Tickets
  • Montage von Zubehör gehen dir leicht von der Hand
