Wir sind ein kleines, familiengeführtes Busunternehmen und reparieren unsere Fahrzeuge in der eigenen Werkstatt. Bei uns arbeitest du nicht anonym in einem Großbetrieb, sondern übernimmst Verantwortung für einen Fuhrpark, den wir gemeinsam zuverlässig und sicher auf die Straße bringen.

🔧Das erwartet dich:

  • Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben rund um Wartung, Diagnose und Reparatur unserer Busse
  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Wartungs-, Service- und Reparaturarbeiten, eigenständiges Verwalten und Bestellen von Ersatzteilen
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen
  • Ein sicherer Arbeitsplatz in einem bodenständigen Unternehmen
  • Wertschätzung für dein Können, deine Ideen und deinen Einsatz

🔧Das bringst du mit:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur KFZ Mechatroniker/in, idealerweise zum/zur KFZ Meister/in
  • Technisches Verständnis, handwerkliches Geschick und Freude an echten Herausforderungen
  • Eine sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Mindestens den Führerschein der Klasse B, besser der Klasse C oder idealerweise der Klasse D

🔧🪛⚙️Bei uns bist du nicht einfach nur eine Personalnummer. Du wirst ein wichtiger Teil unseres Unternehmens und sorgst mit deiner Arbeit dafür, dass unsere Busse sicher unterwegs sind und unsere Fahrgäste zuverlässig ans Ziel kommen.
