Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten \*\*Kfz-Meister oder Kfz-Mechatroniker \*\*in Vollzeit für unseren modernen Kfz-Betrieb.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche Leitung und Organisation des Werkstattbetriebs
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Werkstattteams
  • Planung, Koordination und effektive Einteilung der Arbeitsaufträge
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Werkstattablaufs und optimaler Auslastung
  • Kundenberatung und -betreuung bei technischen Fragen
  • Qualitätskontrolle sowie Sicherstellung effizienter Arbeitsabläufe im Kfz-Betrieb.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Kfz-Meister oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kfz-Mechatroniker
  • Alternativ: Bereitschaft zur Qualifizierung zum Kfz-Meister
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in moderner Fahrzeugtechnik und Diagnosesystemen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kundenorientiertes Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung
