  • Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Teamgeist

### IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Führung und Koordination des Werksatteams
  • Organisation und Optimierung der Werksattabläufe
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Termintreue und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • fachliche Unterstützung der Monteure sowie Qualitäts- und Endkontrollen
  • Mitarbeiterentwicklung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung
