Als KFZ-/NFZ-Meister / Meister Karosserie- & Fahrzeugbau (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie bei unserem Kunden am Standort Eslohe-Reiste eine verantwortungsvolle Rolle mit klarer Entwicklungsperspektive. Ob bereits Meister oder Meister in spe – Sie werden gezielt in Führungs- und Organisationsaufgaben eingeführt und arbeiten aktiv in der Produktion mit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Mitarbeit in der Produktion und Vorarbeitervertretung
  • Unterstützung des Produktionsleiters und des Meisters Service
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen in der Fertigung
  • Qualitätssicherung im Karosserie- und Fahrzeugbau
  • Einführung in organisatorische Aufgaben

Ihr Profil:

  • Mechanische Berufsausbildung und Meisterstatus (oder in Vorbereitung)
  • Strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
