Technik ist Ihre Leidenschaft? Unsere auch. Bei der MDU kümmern sich über 120 Mitarbeitende täglich darum, dass Logistik reibungslos funktioniert. In unserer Werkstatt sorgen Sie mit Ihrem Know-how dafür, dass mehr als 90 Fahrzeuge sicher und zuverlässig auf die Straße kommen.

Ihre Aufgabe:

  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei Wartungs-, Instandsetzungs- und Reparaturarbeiten (Nutzfahrzeugen, Baumaschinen, PKW)
  • Unterstützung der Mechaniker bei der Fehlersuche und Diagnose
  • Kontrollen und Durchsichten bei Fahrzeugen
  • Durchführung von Qualitäts- und Endkontrollen
  • Ersatzteilbeschaffungen
  • Betreuung und Unterstützung von Auszubildenden
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Arbeitssicherheit
  • Vertretung des Bereichsleiters bei der Organisation und Koordination des Werkstatt- und Waschanlagenbetriebs

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kraftfahrtzeugtechnikermeister
  • Mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • sehr gute LKW-Produktkenntnisse und Interesse an neuen Fahrzeugtechnologien
  • Überzeugendes Auftreten und zielorientiertes Führungsverständnis
  • Empathie und Kommunikationsfähigkeit über alle Ebenen
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleitungsorientierung
  • Führerschein Klasse B (bzw. Klasse 3)
  • Sichere IT-Kenntnisse ins. MS Office
