  • Aufgrund unseres stätigen Wachstums, suchen wir im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung, für unseren Kunden, einem Automobilhändler in Groß-Gerau, einen
  • Kfz-Serviceberater (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben sind:

  • Reparaturannahmen und deren Terminierung
  • Schadenabwicklung
  • Beratung und Verkauf von Zubehör
  • Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen und Rechnungen
  • Führen von Kundengesprächen
  • Schnittstelle zur Werkstatt

Das bringst Du mit:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kfz-Mechatroniker mit Zusatzqualifikation zum
  • zertifizierten Serviceberater /-techniker (m/w/d)
  • fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Automobil-Serviceberatung
  • sicheres Auftreten, Kontakt- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Kundenorientierung
  • sorgfältig, strukturiertes, verantwortungsvolles und selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • Führerschein "Klasse B"
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, gerne Fremdsprachenkenntnisse
  • MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Teamfähigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
