Wir sind ein modernes Autohaus mit Volkswagen und Audi Servicevertrag in Bergkamen. Bereits in der dritten Generation liegen uns Fahrzeuge und ihre Besitzer am Herz. Rund 30 Mitarbeiter sind bestrebt, unsere Kunden zufrieden zu stellen, Bald auch Sie?

Ihr Profil:
Sie haben bereits eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Kfz-Mechaniker/in –Mechatroniker/in oder Karosseriebauer, sind Kfz-Serviceberater/in bzw. Meister/in des Kfz-Handwerks.
Sie haben bereits Erfahrungen als Kfz-Serviceberater/in gesammelt.
Den Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Kunden meistern Sie souverän.
Sie verfügen über eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung.
Argumentations- und Diagnosesicherheit runden Ihr Profil ab.
Gute Umgangsformen, gepflegtes Äußeres und sicheres Auftreten sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
Sie haben den Führerschein Klasse B.

Sie übernehmen folgende Aufgaben:
Als Kfz-Serviceberater/in bilden Sie die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Kunden, dem Service und unserem Unternehmen.
Sie sprechen Reparaturempfehlungen aus und überzeugen Kunden von unseren Dienstleistungen.
Sie begleiten den gesamten Reparaturprozess. Dabei stehen Sie unseren Kunden als persönlicher Ansprechpartner/in und Berater/in zur Verfügung.
Sie wickeln Gewährleistungs- und Kulanzfälle ab und fördern den Verkauf von Ersatzteilen und Zubehör.
