Das Volkswagen Zentrum Lütten-Klein ist Vertragshändler für Volkswagen PKW und Nutzfahrzeuge Service. Mit über 50 Mitarbeitern sorgen wir dafür, dass unsere Kunden den besten Service im Verkauf und in der Werkstatt erhalten - und das seit 1990.

Du liebst den Geruch frischer Reifen und das rege Treiben in einer lebhaften Werkstatt?

Dann freuen wir uns über deine tatkräftige Unterstützung als Kfz Werkstattleiter (m/w/d).

VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH:

  • Leitung und Organisation des Werkstattbetriebs
  • Sicherstellung einer schnellen und termingerechten Instandhaltung der Kundenfahrzeuge
  • Planung der Auslastung und Abläufe
  • Qualitätssicherung durch Endkontrollen
  • Einhaltung der gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Regelungen im Werkstattbereich
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den Serviceberatern

QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kfz-Mechaniker (m/w/d), Kfz- Mechatroniker (m/w/d)
  • Weiterbildung zum Kfz-Meister (m/w/d) oder -Techniker (m/w/d) wünschenswert
  • Ein hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein professionelles Auftreten
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
