  • Entwicklung von KI-Anwendungen
  • Integration strukturierter und unstrukturierter Datenquellen in KI-, Agenten- und Datenplattformen sowie Datenaufbereitung und Datenmodellierung
  • Integration von KI in Geschäftsprozesse und IT-Systeme
  • Betrieb und Überwachung von KI-Modellen (OnPrem, Hybrid und Cloud)
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Datenaufbereitungsprozessen, Prompt-Engineering-Konzepten und Anwendungen auf Basis von Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Aufbau von generativen KI-Lösungen (z. B. Copilot, Chatbots, RAG-Systeme)
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft, Informatik, AI oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner KI-Ansätze und praktische Erfahrung in der Umsetzung daten- und KI-getriebener Lösungen
  • Know-how in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Expertise in Prozessoptimierung durch Automatisierung und KI
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit bereichsübergreifenden Teams
  • Hohe Umsetzungsstärke, pragmatische Hands-on-Mentalität sowie die Fähigkeit, Themen eigenständig voranzutreiben
  • Strukturierte, analytische sowie lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, insbesondere in der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
